Alan Jamison is a seasoned Agile Coach, with over 18 years of comprehensive experience across various industries. Known for his adeptness at transitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile methodologies, Alan embodies the principle of empowering individuals for lasting success, a testament to his philosophy that teaching a skill offers lifelong benefits. His strategic focus on Agile practices—SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and LeSS—highlights his commitment to delivering incremental value and fostering environments that thrive on continuous improvement.
An esteemed Army veteran, Alan’s professional journey is marked by significant contributions to prominent organizations such as Oracle, R1 RCM, Union Pacific, Peraton, and Solera, where he has been instrumental in driving Agile transformations and enhancing operational efficiencies. With a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Regis University and a quarter-century of experience in managing mission-critical programs, he has consistently applied best practices and led improvements for employers. His work not only showcases his prowess in Agile coaching but also his dedication to mentorship and leadership within the teams and communities he serves.
Don Bailey is a distinguished Agile Coach and Transformation Leader with over a decade of expertise in spearheading enterprise-wide Agile transformations and enhancing product delivery processes. Based in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, Don has a proven track record of cultivating high-performing teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to boost agility and efficiency within organizations. His experience spans across leading companies such as Amgen, Prudential, Bank of Montreal, Oracle, Bank of America, Synchrony Financial, and FEM Ltd., where he has been instrumental in developing Agile frameworks, coaching cross-functional teams, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
Don Bailey, also a veteran, holds an M.S. in Computer Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the Citadel Military College. His blend of educational background, professional experience, and a wide range of certifications positions him as a leader in Agile coaching and transformation, capable of driving significant change and fostering Agile adoption at all organizational levels.
